A clear returns process

Changing your mind
For eligible distance purchases, you generally have 14 calendar days from receipt to notify withdrawal, followed by 14 days to send the goods back. You may use any clear statement identifying the order and your wish to withdraw; the form below is optional.
Refunds
Where withdrawal applies, refunds include the standard outbound delivery charge, excluding any extra cost of a faster service you chose. Refunds are generally due within 14 days of notification; they may be withheld until the goods or proof of return are received, whichever comes first. Direct return-cost responsibility will be disclosed before purchase.
Faults and exceptions
Faulty or misdescribed goods are handled separately under statutory conformity rights. Any lawful withdrawal exception will be explained before purchase; we do not impose a blanket “no returns on earrings” rule.
